Your role as Partner Success Team Leader

Do you want to give your career a boost and make a big leap up the career ladder? Then we have something for you!

You will lead the Partner Success Manager team and be responsible for the entire process from partner onboarding and partner development to success monitoring and scaling.

Deutsche Telekom, Microsoft, Ernst & Young and many other partners in 36 countries are keen to successfully acquire and implement customers with you.

We are growing significantly. Scaling processes and training additional Hubdrivers are a big part of your daily responsibilities.

Job details

Leading our intercultural success management team
Creation of business plans with alliance partners (Deutsche Telekom, Microsoft, etc.)
Responsibility for strategic partnerships
Continuous support of Partner Success Managers in achieving shared goals
Continuous coaching and development of employees
Regular adaptation of the processes of a rapidly growing department
Responsibility for results and reporting to management

You have experience as a team leader

You have several years of experience in the comprehensive management of employees. Here we need your routine, unfortunately we can't compromise on that.
You have professional experience in the areas of partner management, alliance management, business development or key account management.
You are interested in the systematic scaling of business cases.
In any case, you need eloquence, a confident appearance and polished manners. After all, the people you are talking to are established personalities.
Your German and English should be on point.
